My Holiday Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of My Holiday Rewards and Holiday Rewards by each person who has the legal right to redeem or use such ("Redeemer").
2. The issuance, redemption, use, and/or consumption of My Holiday Rewards and Holiday Rewards are administered and managed by Our Holiday Centre, a trading name of ICE Europe Ltd (company registered number 03793955, whose registered office is at Kettering Parkway, Kettering, Northants NN15 6EY), who is responsible for the fulfillment of My Holiday Rewards benefits.
3. Redeemer must be 18 years of age or older.
4. My Holiday Rewards membership provides the ability to earn and redeem Holiday Rewards, apply Holiday Rewards as a discount and purchase Best Price Guaranteed holidays on Cruise, Resort, and Tour holidays. Holiday Rewards members may also purchase additional holiday benefits through the My Holiday Rewards membership.
5. Holiday Rewards are valid for the partial payment of select Cruise, Resort, and Tour holidays (collectively "Redemption Options") only when redeemed through My Holiday Rewards and have no separate cash value. Holiday Rewards are surrendered upon redemption and cannot be redeemed a subsequent time. Holiday Rewards redemption options and rates are subject to change.
6. Holiday Rewards are earned for selected Cruise and Holiday purchases at a rate as indicated in the “Earn Options” schedule included within these Terms. Holiday Rewards earn options and rates are subject to change. Earned Holiday Rewards are issued thirty (30) days after final payment is made for the holiday that was purchased to earn Holiday Rewards.
7. Holiday Rewards are valid while the My Holiday Rewards membership is active.
8. Members can redeem Holiday Rewards at any 2500 point increment, with a possible maximum of 5,000 or 10,000 Holiday Rewards per reservation, for the partial payment of Redemption Options. Holiday Rewards do not equate to exact dollar amounts. All Holiday Rewards Savings and Redemption Options are not always available on every holiday, sailing and stateroom category. My Holiday Rewards members must call 00800 8884 7852 for Holiday Rewards savings for Tour holidays if not represented on OurHolidayClub.com.
9. Holiday Rewards cannot be transferred from the account of origin, whether as a gift or otherwise, and can only be redeemed by the person who earned them. Holiday Rewards can be used for non-member bookings.
10. Cancellation of any holiday, booked using Holiday Rewards after the holiday is in full penalty, results in the forfeiture of the Holiday Rewards used in making that holiday booking.
11. All pricing and discounts are in GBP.
12. ICE reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the My Holiday Rewards program in its sole discretion.
13. By activating this My Holiday Rewards membership you are authorizing ICE and its affiliates and subsidiaries to market cruise and vacation products and related promotions to you through mail, email, telephone solicitation and automated phone messaging.
14. General Terms
    
    1. My Holiday Rewards and Holiday Rewards are trademarks of ICE.
    2. The Best Price Guarantee requires written proof of the availability of the identical cruise, resort or tour purchase at a lower rate within 48 hours of booking. Verifiable proof is required of public availability of lower rate at time of booking and must be for the identical accommodations (including cruise, ship, sailing date and stateroom category, resort, resort accommodation, resort destination, and tour), not in violation of any cruise line pricing policy, available and advertised to the general public. Not valid on prices requiring a call-back or on pricing offered in e-mails that are not also advertised on public access web-sites, or otherwise available to the general public. Consolidator, group, charter, incentive, interline, meeting and convention prices are excluded. Our Cruise Price Guarantee is valid for the cruise fare only at the time of booking. The amount by which My Holiday Rewards will match/beat a price will vary at the discretion of My Holiday Rewards. Member is responsible for any change or cancellation fees. Best Price Guarantee, when applying Holiday Rewards, is valid after discounts are applied to booking.
